INTECH offers an integrated Criminal/Civil Justice Information System (CJIS) solution for local government. From the smallest to largest jurisdictions and across each step in the criminal justice process, INTECH's suite of products integrate courts with law enforcement and corrections applications to track and manage the judicial process from incidents initiated in the Emergency 911 dispatch center through an arrest, court appearances, probation, jail management and final disposition.
Court administration applications manage court calendars, administer the hearing setting practice, produce general notices to all parties on a case and tailor computer - generated court dockets. Additionally, criminal and civil case management applications integrate with court administration solutions to docket all types of criminal and civil cases, including added security for sensitive cases, such as those involving mental health, juveniles, sex offenders and adoptions. Court applications produce case summaries and docket sheets with up to the minute information about cases. The criminal justice systems are fully automated, tracking actions set and dates due with unique and beneficial reporting capabilities for judges, clerks and state requirements. Forms are automatically produced and printed for citations, abstracts, notices, executions, restraining orders, warrants, capiases and more, using data from the system. Fees can be automatically assessed with INTECH's criminal justice applications - from receipting for court costs, attorney fees, fines and restitutions to printing checks for recipients. Reporting and tracking features also provide efficient solutions in pursuing delinquent fees.
Courtroom technology allows judges to review cases, calendars, hearings, scanned documents and mug shots within a web browser. Added features include the ability to add private notes to the case, view online dockets and statistics, reschedule hearings and link a private document to a case. Document-imaging options scan, store, retrieve and archive a variety of criminal and civil case-related documents. In addition, INTECH's Judicial/Official Records Search system provides the general public with real-time access to judicial records via the Internet. |
